No. Your thoughts, voice recordings, and all personal data are processed 100% on your device and never leave your phone. On first launch, MindSort downloads the AI models from our servers. After that, everything runs locally and offline.

MindSort uses the latest models available, specially tuned for MindSort and portable devices. These models may change over time as MindSort continues to improve and optimize.

Yes! After the initial setup (which downloads the AI models), MindSort works completely offline. You don't need an internet connection to capture, transcribe, or organize your thoughts. Your data stays local and accessible anytime.

MindSort is currently available for Android devices. An iOS version is in development and coming soon. We'll announce when it's available on the App Store.

MindSort runs AI directly on your device, which requires modern hardware. Newer devices will be faster, while older devices may experience slower performance. Very old devices may not be able to run MindSort at all.

You have complete control over your data. In the app settings, you can:

• Delete individual thoughts by swiping or using the delete option
• Clear all data at once through the settings menu
• Uninstalling the app will also remove all associated data from your device

Yes, MindSort is completely free.

MindSort is optimized for mobile use. The on-device AI models are designed to be efficient, and voice capture only runs when you actively record a thought. Background battery usage is minimal since there's no cloud syncing or continuous processing.

Your voice is processed in real-time and converted to text by our voice model. Raw audio recordings are not stored on your device or transmitted anywhere.
